Delivery Time
Most orders are filled and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. We use UPS as our primary delivery service; however, other carriers may be requested. Though we strive to honor your requests, we reserve the right to change the shipping carrier if needed.
Freight

When freight is offered, it will be based on UPS Ground shipping rate/schedule within the Continental U.S. You can expedite your delivery, but you must pay the difference (i.e., an added expense)

International
Orders being delivered outside of the U.S. or its territories may incur additional charges and/or delays. Our company, iSpyVision, is not responsible for any delays, customs, duties, import surcharges, or other taxes and fees imposed by your country. However, we will make every effort to facilitate a smooth transition and delivery. Please check with us before placing your order if you have any questions about these items.

Pallet Charge
Our experience has shown that certain items are often damaged in transit. To ensure a safe delivery, we require them to be shipped on a pallet. An additional shipping charge (pallet charge) 
. Some customers do not wish to pay this fee. To accommodate them, please have them submit a signed request absolving iSpyVision of any and all liability for shipping. They must also pre-pay their order in full by wire transfer. Then, and only then, will we ship their item as they request. Rates / Shipping Charge
 Shipping charges may include a surcharge. All orders over 150 lbs. will be quoted and shipped on the least expensive common carrier (truck) that's available unless requested otherwise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Truck / Common Carrier
Many items cannot be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or other carriers. Therefore, unless specifically requested, we will ship the best way (i.e., the least expensive common carrier for the value) that we can find. Surcharges: A surcharge to cover miscellaneous shipping, handling, and insurance costs may be added to your shipping cost.

Shipping Notice
Please do not sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected the shipment for any physical damage. Packages leave our warehouse in good condition. If you sign for the packages without properly noting any damage, we will not accept responsibility for the goods.
Do not limit your ability to collect damage claims. Refuse shipment or make exceptions such as: "Subject to Inspection." This MUST be noted on the driver's paperwork. Legal, Warranty, Returns Legal Notices

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, iSpyVision shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. iSpyVision shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, iSpyVision will immediately issue a credit to your account for the amount charged.


Return Policy and Limited Guarantee Against Defects
Every third-party product you buy from iSpyVision is backed by the manufacturer's warranty first. iSpyVision's 30-day limited warranty may also apply. It is a defective-exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise confirmed as defective by the manufacturer or iSpyVision. Leased merchandise is not eligible for this warranty. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or iSpyVision will be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership. After 30 days, the product manufacturer's warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer.
 If a customer wishes to return an item that is not defective for any reason within the first 30 days from the invoice date, iSpyVision will charge a minimum restocking fee of 20%, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit only. No cash/credit card refunds. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted for any reason.
 For assistance or to exchange a defective product, please call 209-823-9500. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, in original packaging, include all disks, registration cards, packing materials, and other accessories, and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee of at least 25% for damaged or incomplete returns. DVR systems are custom-built and cannot be returned for credit. Returned items showing evidence of abuse, neglect, misuse, or faulty installation will result in a voided warranty, and the products will be returned to you at your expense. This warranty will not apply to defects or damage resulting from; improper or inadequate maintenance or neglect by customer; customer-supplied parts; unauthorized modification or misuse; operation outside of the environmental specifications for the products; improper site preparation and maintenance; product which have been modified or incorporated into other products; use of other companies’ parts or accessories, either new or remanufactured. Any alteration to the unit voids all warranties and obligations. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by iSpyVision, or when the product manufacturer's or distributor's return policy supersedes ours. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges when returning any items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pricing
If a mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars. Interim markdowns may have been taken, and the original price may not have resulted in actual sales.
 Regarding Bundles,
 Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted.
 Rebate Coupons
 Rebate coupon redemptions are limited to ONE PER ADDRESS only unless otherwise noted.
 Warranty Limitations: There are no other express warranties or conditions regarding the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall iSpyVision.com or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, or profits. It is the buyer's responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the profession and use of any items purchased. Consult an attorney regarding such laws before placing an order. Please check your local state law regarding audio recording. By placing an order, the buyer represents that they are of legal age and agree to use the product lawfully. We assume no liability for the use of the product.
